With a bow to Maurice Sendak, Inkwater Press is celebrating the publication of Stephanie Snowe’s Meeting Mr. Wrong this week. Listeners of Star 102.1 can hear Frank Murphy interview Ms. Snowe on his February 13 morning show. (We know, we get it – exactly one day before Valentine’s Day.) Newspapers and magazines in Knoxville and Greenville have plans to publish stories on the author and the book. Watch The Daily Reflector in Greenville and The Knoxville News Sentinel over the next few days. And, Stephanie Snowe is scheduled to read and sign copies of her book at Barnes and Noble in Greenville, NC, at 7 p.m. on May 7.

I actually bought TWO copies of the book, one for me and one to pass around. I should have bought five of them to pass around! I loved it, my mom loved it, my daughter’s bus driver loved it!

When is her next one coming out??

I love Stephanie’s voice. She can have you laughing uproariously one moment and tugging your heartstrings the next. She shows great courage in the face of adversity and also how to see the funny side of the not-so-funny things that happen in life. The end of the book (I won’t spoil it) is absolute Stephanie Snowe – it’s all about chasing (with hope in your heart) that spec of light at the end of that very long tunnel, and giggling when you step in dog poop in the dark.
